This is beyond normal cleaning. This is two methods of carpet cleaning back to back.
The carpet is shampooed and steam cleaned.

Procedure:
Upholstery is pre-inspected, prevacuumed.
All the fabric is not only pre-spotted, but rather the entire material is completely pre-sprayed.
All the material is hand agitated to completely loosen, disolve and suspend all the soil, spots, stains, and marks. This also provides extra cleaner dwell time.
After the fabric is completely cleaned, it is steam rinsed with hot water extraction cleaning.
The material is post spot cleaned and re-agitated and re-rinsed if any spots remain.
All along the wall we crevice vacuum.

What does this mean?

Question: Will 100% of every spot and stain be removed?
Answer: No, it is possible that you might have a bleach mark, or a dye stain that normal cleaning will not remove.
What you are paying for is the procedure of two complete cleanings with a post spotting service. Usually this removes over 99% of all the soil, dirt, and marks in the carpet. Their are times that customer purchase services (stain removal or odor removal) that go beyond the normal cleaning. For example. KoolAid removal may just clean out of the carpet or maybe it will not. If it does not, it usually can be removed with a KoolAir removal service. We would have to clean the carpet first and see if it comes out or not. Sometimes the fabric protection is pretty good and the stains will lift out. Other times the it requires the extra procedure at an extra cost. You would only be charged for the extra procedure if the Showcase cleaning does not remove the mark. You will be quoted on this procedure before we attempt to remove it. Here is a list of marks that usually will not respond to any amount of carpet cleaning but will respond to a stain removal service:
Ink, Organic stains (mustard, coffee, tea, blood, grass, urea), Dye Stains (cough syrup, iodine, Gatorade, or some other colored drink)

Question: Will 100% of all my odors be removed?
Answer: No. To begin with not all odors are even in the carpet. Sometimes they are on the walls, ceiling, foundation, subfloor, or even in the AC ducts. As you see from the optional service list below, these services are examples of what can be done to remove odors from the carpet face fibers or even below into the carpet backing, padding and subfloor.

Question: Does the carpet cleaning clean the backing of the carpet or get the padding under the carpet wet?
Answer: No. I was seeing a lot of carpet cleaning adds from national dry carpet cleaning companies about "don't soak your padding with hot water extraction, use dry cleaning instead." So I figured lets find out what is happening during the cleaning process. We took a piece of your average carpet and cleaned the same piece 7 times with 500 psi steam rinse. Disengaged the carpet, flipped it over and the backing was 100% dry. What does this mean? This means that the cleaning does not go through the carpet at all and if you have odors in the backing the standard cleaning is not going to remove them. This also means that it is impossible to get the pad wet.
