Licenses Plate information on vehicle used to transport equipment.
Credit card information or cash deposit.
Clean and rinse out the machine, hoses and wand when finished. A $15 cleaning fee will be collected if the equipment is dirty on the return. If the machine is used for body fluid removal, construction work work a $15 cleaning and sanitizing fee will be assessed PLUS you are required to clean the machine yourself and purchase a replacement air filter. If you fail to inform us that you used the equipment in this manner you will be open to a law suit for damages by subjecting the public to hazards.

Caution: It is important to not overload the electric power circuits in the building that you are placing the equipment. Just because it plugs into an outlet does not mean it is OK to that outlet. It is the responsibility of the user to confirm that the power can support the equipment.

Questions:
A. How come I have to supply my Social Security Number?
Answer: This is to affect your credit when you do not bring the equipment back. This is no different than when you go to the doctor’s office and they ask for your social security number. They only reason they need it is if you do not pay your bill promptly. The only reason the doctor’s office needs your SS number is to affect your credit. This is a requirement. The only way to avoid providing this information is provide a large enough cash deposit that will purchase the equipment.

B. Are you open on Sunday?
"No." If you rent on Saturday we do let you keep the equipment an extra day for free, if you do not use the equipment, but you will be required to bring the equipment back on Monday morning.

C. Can I reserve a machine for a specific day?
"Yes." Only if you prepay for it. We will have to take the required information over the phone and charge you in advance for the rental.

D. What if I prepay for a rental and cannot show up to pick up the machine?
All sales are final. No credit is placed back on your credit card, but we can carry over the funds to use on a different day (like purchasing an air line ticket.)

E. What if the machine does not work? Will you bring me a replacement? Can I get my money back?
You will be required to bring the machine back to us. We will not bring you a replacement. Over 90% of the times a customer states they cannot use the machine, the machine is tested at our location and we cannot find anything wrong with it. Please make sure before you leave our location, you know how to use the machine! When you bring back the machine, it will be tested, if their is nothing wrong you can finish out the days rental. If there is really something wrong with the machine, you can have a substitute machine or have credit to use on a different day. You will not get your money back.

F. Does the machine come with instructions on do odor control work ...?
"No." Please ask your service rep at SteamBrite for help with any specialty issues.

G. How long does it take to Ozone a House or room?
24 hours is usually long enough to remove odors from a house with the TZ-2. If doing 1 room only place the TZ-2 in the room
and seal the room completley. Run TZ-2 for 24 hours. If doing an entire house place the TZ-2 by the Air Intake for the Air Conditioner and turn on AC. The air intake will spread the Ozone throughout the entire house. Run for 24 hours.

The discharge of Ozone from the TZ-2 is highly toxic to humans and animals. The house must be vacant while in use
and 1 hour after use. 1 hour after TZ-2 has shut off it will be safe to reenter.

H. Will Steam Brite come out and clean or do a job for me?
Yes. You can call our office with your issue and we will see what we can do to help you.

I. Can I pick up a machine on Friday and bring it back on Monday?
Yes, but you will be charged for the number of days you use the TZ-2(s).

J. So what is the safe way to set up and use this machine?

WE RECOMMEND PLUGGING UNIT INTO AN OUTLET THAT IS JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. USE AN EXTENSION CORD. THIS WAY YOU CAN UNPLUG QUICKLY WHILE HOLDING YOUR BREATH. WAIT ONE HOUR BEFORE BREATHING EVEN ONE BREATH OF CONCENTRATED OZONE AFTER UNPLUGGING UNIT.

AFTER UNIT HAS BEEN OFF FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR IT'S OK TO ENTER HOUSE AND BREATH WHILE OPENING DOORS AND WINDOWS TO THOROUGHLY VENTILATE HOUSE.

SMELL WILL STILL BE STRONG BUT SAFE TO BREATH IF UNPLUGGED FOR AN HOUR.

IF THIS ODOR BOTHERS YOU THEN REMOVE YOURSELF TO FRESH AIR IMMEDIATELY AFTER OPENING WINDOWS AND DOORS. WAIT UNTIL HOUSE IS THOROUGHLY VENTILATED TO RETURN. SOME LINGERING ODOR IS NORMAL FOR SOME TIME AND IS COMPARABLE TO THE SAME LEVEL OF OZONE ODOR PRESENT AFTER A THUNDERSTORM.
