San Antonio TX Portable Cooling Misting Fan Rentals 15,000 cfm 32 gallon Mister Cooler Chiller

• Ratchet straps required for self pickup and drop off. 
• Please do not show up with just rope and think this is OK to secure your load to your service vehicle or trailer.
• No helpers required at our location.  We will load and unload these misting fans to and from your vehicle with a forklift.  
• Customer responsible for securing their own load. 
• Customer required to pick and return equipment during normal business hours M-F 8am-5pm Central. 
• All sales final.  You can change the date for rain out cancellations but no refunds.

• Please not if you need to rent for holiday weekend (4 days).
• Example Friday - Tues, or Thurs - Monday, this is the same fee as a weekly rental.

• Curb service, Per Trip, Per Person.  Normally you would have 2 service calls fees. 
• One on drop off day and one for pick up day if we use one driver. 
• We normally only send one person to deliver and pick up these units but 2 customer provided additional men are required for this service.
• If you cannot have two additional helpers on site, please let us know so we can bring additional help.  (This will change the service call fee as it is per person)
• Does not include any waiting, set up, take down, rolling to set up location. 
• Example if you have only one person to assist in dropping off and loading on pick up date, you have change the service from 2 service calls to 4 service calls. 
• We can deliver and pick up to 3 misting fans per trip.  Customer can optionally only purchase a pickup or drop off and self deliver/return the rental(s). 
• Professional Pickup and delivery is only available M-F. 10 AM to 4 PM and excludes holidays.
  
• Holidays are defined as the same holiday schedule as UPS shipping.

• For both drop off and pick up service, you will have four trips (shop to job site > job site to shop.) 
• This fee is in addition to the above service call fee per person, per trip.
• This is optional as some customer simply pick up at our location.

• Need help rolling to use location, locate electrical outlets, fill with water, prime pump, testing, training, drain, take down roll back to curb location. 
• Only 2 fans per electrical breaker max allowed.
• Please let us know if we will need to bring extra 12-3 power cord or garden hose for on location services.
• (50ft cord built into rental unit)

• This fee is only for the unprepared customer for making the driver wait for help, take down, rolling back to curb. 
• In other words, customer that they do not want to pay for the take down service and then force us to perform this service anyway once we show up at the rental site.
