Item arrived as USED not new in box, was partially assembled. One tire would not hold air. Many hardware pieces missing. This did NOT ship from the manufacture as stated on Steambrite webpage. Was a prior return they had onsite but sold me as NEW, at full price. They refunded fully except I had to pay $42 for return shipping which is outrageous for a fraudulent sales transaction.
