Clean Storm 10-1455U Ultra Sonic Carpet Cleaning Wand Prototype 12in x 1.5in Pipe 2 Jet 1200psi Valve Double Bend 80,000 vibration per minute.

Hypothesis: Wand vibrates at 80,000 times a minute to prescrub the carpet before the rinse water and wand lip come and rinse up and out the dirt.

Testing: We mounted an ultra sonic drive board and two 40K cycle generators onto a brand new Westpak 10-1455 carpet cleaning wand. Mounting bolt are tig welded and dual vibration generators are tig welded and eboxed to the face of the wand. If this work to our levels of hope a 3D printed cover would have been made to cover this item. The control board would also be fitted with a 40mm cooling fan. The circuit board is driven by 120 volts AC and only pulls 2 amps.

Does this system work? Answer "Yes!" But our hope was that the vibration would be 5 to 10 feet away from the wand, thereby prescrubbing the carpet before the wand lip came along to rinse out the carpet. This is not the distance it works at. I only pre-scrubs the carpet about 6 inches to the sides, front and rear of the cleaning lip so we decided to abandon this design. We only have 1 unit at this price. All Sales Final.
