Clean Storm 20191129 Hose Mount Carpet Cleaners Vacuum Power Booster

Description

Clean Storm Hose Mount Vacuum Power Booster with 6.6 vacuum motor shortens dry times while allowing you to run longer hose runs and wider cleaning tools. Keep you machine more stationary and just run longer hoses instead of having you machine follow you around the job site. Keep you machine on the first floor and just run more hoses to the second floor. You can upgrade to 14 and 15 inch wide tools for up to 20 - 33% faster cleaning over traditional 11 and 12 inch wide tools.This unique system provides up to 139 CFM's of Air-Flow and up to 132" of water-lift to your existing extractor for unmatched performance on long hose runs, giving you increased suction, leaving carpets dryer. This will allow the portable or truck mount operators to go the distance when their current machine vacuum becomes tired and worn out, or who simply desires greater efficiency.

Requirements and Instructions

Designed for dual 3 stage and dual 6.6 vacuum motor systems or larger. DO NOT USE this booster with single vacuum motor or dual 2 stage vacuum portables. Parent machine must have a stronger vacuum rating than the booster or the booster can blow water mist out the exhaust port!
Turn on booster before parent machine to prevent the vacuum motor spinning backwards.
For best performance, please use as much 2" ID vacuum hose between your parent machine and the booster as well as on the way to your cleaning wand. 2" vacuum hose offers 100% more air flow than 1.5" ID vacuum hose.
Please use on its own 15 amp breaker.

Additional Information

Please install a Hose Mount Lint removal system between booster and cleaning tool.
This will assist in keeping the lint filter located under this vacuum motor cleaner longer.
The two bolts on the side between the upper box and middle box and be removed for servicing these filters.
Please note if your machine is already producing 132" water lift, it is not going to increase the gauge lift rating, rather it is changing the total CFM that is excavated from the carpet which in turn changes the inches of water lift in the wand, thereby lowering your dry time.
