As a Certified Master Cleaner, with 20 years of service in the field, I have used a lot a different tools and this is one of my favorites! I use it at almost every job I do. Works great for restaurant cleaning with booth seating as well as for homes. Sometimes I think I pick up as much stuff around the edges as I do cleaning in the carpet in the middle of the rest of the room. Not having to bend over makes me love this tool. I use the tool as a post vacuuming wand. Picks up hair balls and dirt close to the edges that a regular wand will just not get. After using the tool for a day you quickly learn how to use it with one hand. I rotate the front lip a little higher than the trailing lip and the tool sucks its self to the edge of the room and the break in vacuum pressure prevents me from disengaging the carpet off the tactless strip.
