Clean Storm Hot Box Volcano 5600 Watt Tankless Electric High Pressure Water Heater
The only electric heating system that hooks to your portable or truck mount extractor and has three times the heating capacity of standard 2000 watt heaters. When tested using a floor wand on wide open spray (never letting go), using cold water (65 degree F.), the Volcano 5600 will produced a full 100 degree temprature rise to 165 degrees. With squeezing trigger 50% of the time (like cleaning carpet) the Volcano 5600 produces a 150 degree temperature rise up to 210 degrees! Now that is Hot! We do not recommend that you clean carpet or feed this heater with cold water. This test was performed so you can see how well it works. Always fill your portable carpet cleaning machine with hot water.
You can operate this heater in the following wattage configurations.
1800 watt heater on one 15 amp outlet
3600 watt heater on two 15 amp outlets
2000 watt heater on one 20 amp outlet
3800 watt heater on one 20 and one 15 amp outlets (two total)
5600 watt heater on three 120 volt outlets (two 15's and one 20) or a standard electric close dryer with optional 240 to 120 converter set (plugs into either a 3 or 4 prong dryer outlet)

We combined our 3600 watt heater with our 2000 watt heater all inside one housing.
New design allow for more ways to plug in. Use as much or little electricity that you have available. Now portable extractors have the power to clean tile and grout. What your portable can't make up in pressure, it will now make up in heat. A full 5600 watts of heat is built inside an insulated stainless steel heating system. It plugs into your customer's 3 or 4 prong electric dryer outlet (with optional adapter to plug into either one) or one, two or three standard 120 volt wall outlets (optional 12-3 power cords). Please note the 2000 watt heater should be plugged into a 20 amp breaker or the 20 amp side of the converter box. The other two power cords can be plugged into 15 amp outlets. Just use what ever power is available from your job site.
The flow of the water is the water travels through the 2000 watt heater first (photo of heat cylinder on far right side) and then splits and travels through the 3600 watt combo heater, then out to your wand. The water enters the heater on the thermostat side and then leaves the far (top) side. Each heating rod is controlled by two thermostats. Each thermostat must give permission that the outer casing is under 195 degrees before it is allowed to heat.
The Volcano 5600 features:
-a check valve for pump head back pressure,
