Foster Sheer Defense 40-51 is a mold resistant clear coat that provides excellent resistance to mold growth in mold remediation, construction and remodeling projects. The low viscosity of Foster 40-51 allows it to be applied by hand or with virtually any type of airless spray system. Foster 40-51 appears white when wet but dries to a clear finish allowing the original surface to be visible beneath the coating. It has a water resistant finish and is flexible and crack resistant.
