BRUSH N' VAC absorbs and cleans the worst soil. The soil is absorbed into a bonnet or suspended for later vacuuming when used with a brush method. Remaining residue retards resoiling. This makes vacuuming more effective and is the foundation for an excellent maintenance system for commercial carpet. Hot water extraction is recommended on a semi-annual or annual basis.

Based on the latest technology in green surfactants and encapsulating polymers,  Brush N Bonnet Ecapsulate Cleaner  suspends and releases soils from carpet during cleaning.  Brush and bonnet encapsulate cleaners employs a new exclusive, proprietary non-hygroscopic polymer that allows for even faster drying times than other encapsulation products.The polymer attaches to carpet soils and fibers and then dries to a very hard polymer. When vacuumed, the dry brittle polymer fractures away, taking the attached soils with it and leaving a a clean non-sticky formula behind.

Carpets cleaned with  Brush N Bonnet Ecapsulate Cleaners dry in less than an hour preventing the wicking, yellowing, and recurring stains that often plague commercial carpets. Subsequent vacuuming performance is enhanced with carpets actually getting cleaner with each vacuuming.
