When dealing with vast amounts of dust, using a pre-separator will capture 90% of the material before it even reaches your dust extractor, preventing premature clogging. Thus, a pre-separator contributes to higher airflow, faster pick-up and extended motor life. You can have confidence in the level of filtration since the pre-separators are equipped with some of the same primary filters used in our dust extractors.

Each Pullman Ermator Pre-Separator works between the floor grinder (or shot blaster, scarifier, saw, milling machine, etc) and the vacuum to catch up to 90% of the dust and debris.
