HiperSeal is a topical sealer than can be applied to a concrete surface at the end of the polishing process. HiperSeal improves the surface sheen and stain resistance of the concrete. It makes the concrete significantly more resistant to fats, oils, water, foods, and mild acids (ex: orange juice). It works by sealing the concrete surface, and not allowing penetration of foreign material into the concrete. Factory Brochure
Benefits
HiperSeal may be applied to existing concrete, cured at least 28 days or longer. Concrete must be cleaned, removing all cure and seals, bond breakers, grease, oil and dirt. If cure and seals are present on the slab , a floor grinder must be used with at least 60 grit diamonds to remove all cure and seals and bond breakers. Then floor should be refined up to at least 100 grit resin. HiperSeal can be applied as a final step after any polishing step after 100 grit resin.
