The PG 830 is the largest and most powerful floor grinding machine in the Husqvarna PG-range. A new 12.5 kW motor is available in the range which means power is up by 36% compared to past units.  15 hp / 12.5 kW (12,500 watt) motor. This is a powerful choice for most grinding jobs, both industrial and commercial, and for users who prefer non-motorised drive. The planetary drive system and the improved, Husqvarna-only Dual Drive Technology™ deliver extreme productivity. Adjustable weights for extra grinding pressure and LED lights are optional. Suitable for all applications: floor prep, grinding and polishing. A high performing machine for the HiPERFLOOR® concrete polishing system. To maximise reliability and reduce maintenance, the vital components of the PG 830 are protected against dust and slurry inside the hermetically sealed grinding head and electrical cabinet.

Applications

Husqvarna's unique Dual Drive Technology has now even higher disc speed capabilities.  It enables you to individually control the speed and direction of the disc rotation and the speed and direction of the grinding head.

Performs all types of applications such as concrete grinding, coatings removal, concrete repair and polishing.
Adjustable grinding pressure.  Optional weights allow to adjust grinding pressure in three pre-set positions.  Also makes tilting machine back much easier.
