SoilBreak an ultra-concentrated powder that is ideal for pre-spraying of restaurant carpets, automotive repair centers, and other carpets that are subjected to massive amounts of oil and grease based soiling.
Unlike some enzyme pre-sprays that are sensitive to alkalinity and extremely hot water, SoilBreak contains a combination of enzymes that can be used in conjunction with your truckmount and high performance portable extraction equipment. This unique combination of enzymes works to accomplish the task in less time than with conventional enzyme pre-sprays. SoilBreak breaks down surface tension fast, allowing detergents and rinse agents to clean deep down. It has an In-use pH of 11.3-11.9, depending on dilution with a pleasing lemon fragrance. One pound of SoilBreak can clean up to 8,000 square feet of carpet.
