Description

Viper Aerosol Grout Sealer is a solvent based grout sealer that repels water, oil and dry soils, keeping grout cleaner for much longer and makes future cleaning and maintenance procedures much more effective. Easy to apply and easy cleanup makes it the perfect choice for professionals.

Instructions:

Prepare the Area

Product should be applied to new or properly cleaned grout. Grout should be free of coatings or sealants. Dry to the point of removing puddling in grout lines. Mask off surfaces which are not to be sealed or adversely affected by solvents. Test product in inconspicuous area to assure no changes to grout appearance. Work in a well ventilated area.

Protect Yourself and Others

Determine if there are any chemical sensitivities in work area before proceeding. Consider removing children, elderly persons or exotic pets while in use or from entering area immediately after application. Open windows or doors or consider air movement to gain proper level of ventilation. Applicator may wish to consider wearing goggles, gloves, and proper fitting NIOSH approved respirator with organic vapor cartridge.

Follow Directions

Shake well and hold can 10 to 14 inches from the grout lines to be protected. There are mechanical devices which makes this process easier to accomplish. Spray evenly and wipe excess from tile with absorbent cloth. Change towel to prevent saturation and assure over spray removal. It is dry to the touch in one hour and cured in 24 hours.
