The Chemtrol 250 ORP/pH Digital Controller is a microprocessor-based digital controller designed to maintain both sanitizer ORP (oxidation-reduction potential or Redox) and water pH. The Chemtrol 250 features adjustable set-points, adjustable alarms,out-of-range alarms, and other features not normally found on these types of controllers. This controller is designed for affordability, simplicity of installation, ease of use, and long-term reliability. The CH250 unit includes the controller, respective probes (pH probe and ORP probe), paddle wheel flow switch, and miscellaneous plumbing supplies. It is the perfect controller for small commercial facilities like apartments, condos, and motels, as well as high-end residential pools.

The Chemtrol 250 is easy to install and simple to use. All controls are on the front panel. A bright LCD display shows ORP and/or pH readings, calibration adjustments, and alarm limits. The five LED lights indicate the operating modes (OFF, Manual or Auto), feed status, out-of-range alarms, and overfeed alarms. The front panel controls include set-point, calibration, low and high alarm limits, safety timer limit, and proportional feed adjustment. Feed control is either ON/OFF or Proportional. The Proportional Feed feature is particularly useful to avoid overfeeding in small bodies of water. It reduces the feed cycle time progressively as the sensor reading approaches the set-point.
