Overall it's a pretty good true commercial sprayer for carpet/upholstery cleaning. Well worth the investment for the long term if you are working full time.
-pros: 2+ hours of real world cordless run time, sprays very evenly at consistent psi. Build quality seems solid albeit is a touch more fragile than multi-sprayer's TC/M series. Competitive upfront price and parts price. Lightweight and relatively easy to use. It's a decent sprayer that TMF asked gentoo to make a custom version for themselves.
-cons: very little to nitpick, but the GEN 2.0's wand isn't bend, nozzle doesn't have check valve, nozzle drip holder feels prone to damage, no QD between wand and hose (all of these are solved in GEN 3.0 but at higher cost). Also the included QDs need to be swapped out since months down the line they'll become not easy to use due to chem corrosion. Chargers' build quality seems a bit fragile.
