Due to the large volume of equipment we sell and the fact that we sell on numerous websites and markets we are unable to guarantee the photos you see are of the exact unit that will be shipped to you. All of our units are reconditioned using the same process and the end result is indistinguishable. If you require more pictures or more detailed information please message us.
Warranty and Returns:
New units: 3 years parts. Factory Certified Refurb units are covered by a 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty. Valid within the lower 48 states of the United States. If a unit arrives and is not properly functioning AND we are notified within 48 hours of receipt, we will either: Dispatch a local repair technician to your location; Or at our choice and cost, return the unit to our location for repair and then ship it back at our expense. Certified Refurb machines may be returned or exchanged within three (3) days of the delivery date if the machine does not meet end-user quality standards. All freight is the responsibility of the end-user and returned machines (both directions). All wear items are excluded.
Limitation of Liability:
Kärcher North America, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising out of or relating to this agreement or the transactions it contemplates (whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other form of action) and irrespective of whether it has been advised of the possibility of any such damage. In no event will the Kärcher North America, Inc.'s liability exceed the price the Buyer paid for the specific Goods giving rise to the claim or cause of action.
